1.             Have to pay 25% of the total cost as booking fee if you book the package 30 days or more before the date of departure.
2.         Have to pay 40% of the total cost as booking fee if you book the package 29 to 15 days before the date of departure.
3.         Have to pay 75% of the total cost as booking fee if you book the package 14 days or less before the date of depart.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

Refund policy

 Refunds will be initiated within 30 working days from the date of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy. This means that once you have canceled your booking and the applicable cancellation charges have been determined, the process of refunding the eligible amount will begin. It may take up to 30 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

It's essential to keep in mind that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account can vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution. Therefore, it's advisable to monitor your account and reach out to Chikucab.com if you haven't received the refund within the stipulated time frame.

1. The packages offered by Chiku Mobility India Private Limited can be customized according to guest’s wish.
2. To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour.The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
3. Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
4. Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
5. To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting.
6. news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
7. Program plan: We are not responsible for last minute changes. Plan should go as per itinerary as agreed.
8. Try to be on time always to make the event successful. Any delays from the customer, management is not responsible and will affect the very next activity.
9. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
10. Travelers are requested to arrange for their own insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons during the time of their travel. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
11. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents, dangers, fire, accident, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
12. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, travels, airlines etc. Hotels and travels retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or travels.  All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
13. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well-being.
